Yep. We said it. But don’t panic, One Direction will still be at the top of our list; however, we might have just found a new boy band to melt our hearts for just a few, well, seconds. Enter: 5 Seconds of Summer.
Hailing from Australia, 5SOS is a new pop/punk band on the scene. They are currently finishing up their (short) North American tour and have been melting girls’ hearts left and right. While they are lacking one member to 1D’s five-some, they make up for it with a slightly more punk vibe and the fact that they all actually play an instrument. Although the band did tour with One Direction previously, their international breakthrough didn’t really come until recently, when they released their single “She Looks So Perfect.” Check it out here and let us know what you think in the comments below!
