If you haven’t noticed already, over here at Sweet Lemon, we love a good cocktail. More importantly, we love a good summer cocktail. With that horrendous winter we had and a late start to spring, it finally feels right to be sipping on something fruity while watching the sunset with our family and friends.
For some strange (not really that strange) reason, we can’t help but associate rum with summer, and thankfully Malibu is here to help us out with the drink menu. Malibu is the world’s best-selling Caribbean rum with natural coconut flavor whose iconic white bottle and refreshing flavor is known around the world. One of our favorite summer drinks involves a touch of coconut, some bubbles, and little bit (or a lot) of rum: Malibu Rum Sparklers! This delicious little cocktail even comes with a cork top for added fun.

Beach Bubbles
3 parts Malibu Rum Sparkler, 1 part pineapple juice, 1⁄4 part simple
Add syrup and a dash of fresh lime juice!
Pool Party
3 parts Malibu Peach Sparkler, 1 part orange juice, 1⁄4 part simple
Add syrup (optional). Garnish with an orange zest.
