Spanish moss, Blake Lively, bubbly, masquerade masks, , and great deals – what more could you want at a launch party?! On Friday, November 15th, I was lucky enough to attend the exclusive opening party of H&M in New Orleans, and let me tell you – it was fabulous!
The Big Easy was definitely in need of an H&M, so when the day finally came, you can bet that fashionistas were lined up out the door. Lucky for me, I was able to shop the collection the night before and ended up with some pretty rad stuff. From cozy sweaters to skater skirts, the selection was perfect for fall in NOLA.
To top it off, The Dolls performed a killer DJ set, along with live violin and a performance by The Original Pinettes Brass Band, an all female brass band from New Orleans. I’m so glad they had such a great music scene, because, let’s face it, a party in New Orleans isn’t a true party without some jams.
Everything aside, I’ll tell you the craziest story of the night: . And saw Blake Lively. It was a star-studded night, to say the least. Definitely looking forward to heading back to H&M to stock up for winter!
