Designer Tory Burch is taking on the beauty world this fall and we can’t wait. She will be launching a beauty capsule collection that will include fragrance, makeup, and a bath and body line.

Burch describes her fragrance as, “a balance of feminity and tomboy, citrus and floral, grounded and graceful.” The Eau De Parfum Spray will be available in three sizes—1oz ($62), 1.7oz ($82) and 3.4oz ($110). The bottle design remains true to the Tory Burch brand and incorporates her signature color, orange. She is quoted on her website saying, “I wanted a bottle as beautiful as the ones on my mother’s vanity.” We believe she achieved her goal of creating beautiful bottle and we anticipate the scent will match in quality.

The cosmetic collection echoes Burch’s beauty philosophy of “less is more” consisting of four classic products, including: a sheer lipstick in a pinky nude shade ($32), a bronzer and blush palette ($48), a rosy pink lip and cheek tint ($38), and a sleek retractable face brush ($48). The bath and body collection includes a bath and shower gel, body lotion, body cream and a fragrance candle. The collection ranges in price from $50 to $80.

A special piece in the beauty collection blends Burch’s knack for creating statement jewelry with her new fragrance venture to create the solid perfume pendant necklace ($150). The pendent, when opened, reveals a solid perfume with a fragrance of neroli, grapefruit, cassis, bergamot, peony, tuberose, jasmine sambac, vetiver and sandalwood.
The beauty capsule collection launches next week on September 26th, but is currently available for pre-order. According to WWD, the fragrance and bath products will be exclusively available on toryburch.com as well as at Tory Burch boutiques, nine Holt Renfrew locations and 31 Bloomingdale’s stores. The cosmetics line will only be available at Tory Burch boutiques and on toryburch.com. However, the collection will expand to additional U.S. locations, the U.K. as well as Asia in 2014.
