I sit to write this post with a heavy heart.
Remember this post from a few weeks ago? Well, today I felt like I lost a friend. Cory Monteith wasn’t my friend, but he was a friend. And a boyfriend, and a son, and a role model, and it is apparent that he will be missed.
In remembering Cory, I wanted to put together a little playlist of some of my favorite Glee songs featuring his character, Finn, to celebrate his life. Cory had incredible talent in both acting, and music, and always seemed to light up any scene he was in. Not to mention a gorgeous smile that made girls across America swoon.
What a tragedy it is to lose someone at any age, but especially someone at such a young age with so much life ahead of him. I guess it really rings true, only the good die young. At this hard time our thoughts go out to his family, friends, Lea Michele, and the rest of his Glee family. Rest in peace, Cory. You will be missed.
