We all have those artists/bands where we search and YouTube their songs and covers endlessly waiting for them to come out with a new song. And when they do, it is either a disappointment or on repeat for the whole night, week, month! Well here are two great songs to check out, and to get excited for their upcoming albums, which will be released soon!

 

I have been waiting for Kings of Leon to come out with a new song now for a long time. And finally, the single “Wait For Me” is released which will be featured on their upcoming album “Mechanical Bull.” With a soft beat, and heartfelt lyrics, this is definitely a song that you will be driving too, and just relaxing too. The song is different from their other songs which are more upbeat (“Sex is on Fire”) but this laid back track defiantly has me waiting for their album to be released.

 

Another artist that people either love or hate (or they love to hate) is Drake. I personally love how versatile his tracks are from rapping to singing – Drake covers all genres of music. With his latest song “Hold on, We’re Going Home,” which is a combination of slow R&B but with a disco beat; this song illustrates how Drake has the ability to tackle on any genre. Each song that is released for his upcoming album “Nothing Was the Same,” has a different sound too it. I don’t know about you, but I am excited to see what other artists have influenced Drake this time around.
