There’s just something about practicing yoga outside – it makes you feel free. I was surprised when I realized that this local downtown class was my first experience with doing yoga outside of my home or studio. It truly allows you to take in all the beauty of nature surrounding you! The scenery, fresh breeze and a sense of community with the people around you..not only the ones taking the class, but those enjoying the park too (or wherever you are!)
