1. Start out with moisturized lips.
2. Apply lip liner. I suggest a neutral lip liner, this will help to keep the lip tar in place if you have a tendency to bleed out color.
3. Using the brush, start applying from the center of your lips outward! I’m using “Divine”.
4. Viola! Add gloss or keep it matte, either way, you’ll look fierce!
