¼ cup unsweetened coconut shreds

4 Tbsp. raw honey

2 Tbsp. coconut oil

1 tsp. vanilla extract

3 tsp. cinnamon

1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.     Mix together all of the ingredients

3.     Spread onto a cooking sheet

4.     Bake for 8 to 10 minutes! You want your granola to be a light golden color. Keep an eye out because it can vary in time.

5.     Pour it into a cute mason jar and keep it at room temperature.

To make a yogurt parfait:

1.     Start by adding berries (blueberries and raspberries) to a glass cup.
