Holiday Cookie Roundup

Christmas Cookies

I love baking holiday cookies to give away to family, friends and neighbors. Just seeing the joy on their faces when I deliver a package of holiday cookies is enough to keep me baking year after year. I like to package them up, which makes them easy to deliver and extra cute. I love the little takeout style boxes you can get from Michaels.

I typically make four or five different types of cookies per year. Now, you don’t have to make that many- just one or two are more than enough! But if you want to bake a few more, here’s a trick, for certain cookies, you can make the dough a couple of weeks ahead of time and freeze it. Then, the day of, all you have to do is bake them in the oven- it’ll save you a lot of time and you won’t be nearly as overwhelmed.

Here are some holiday cookie recipes to try this holiday season!
