A Real (and Tasty) 30-Day Challenge

Looking for a healthier lifestyle and some tasty, wholesome recipes? I think we can all benefit from what I’m about to share, and that’s Erin Motz and Eat Hugger’s 30- Day Real Food Challenge. Here’s a health challenge that requires only one thing: eat real food. This challenge by (the self-acclaimed “writer, foodie and bad yogi…yoga teacher, cheese eater and wine drinker”) asks just that. It really is that simple!

“Are you vegan, raw, gluten-free, or paleo? Did I lose you at paleo? I’m a yoga teacher and have tried every healthy eating plan out there. The truth is, eating well doesn’t have to be that complicated. My food philosophy is simple: eat real foods that come from the earth! As long as we trust nature over industry, we won’t go too far off track. That’s why I’m challenging you to eat Real Food for 30 days. That’s food that comes from nature, not a box.”

Daily, Erin provides your inbox with a recipe for you to make in the comfort of your home, along with detailed step- by- step instructions on how to make the dish. She even sends you videos previewing each week’s nourishing food selections accompanied by a grocery list.

Plus, it’s completely FREE! What’s better than that? Simple, free, nutrious and delicious.

On the menu for week one: mac and cheese, roasted chicken, crispy kale chips, lemon salmon, kale salad, chocolate butter cookies and vanilla berry oatmeal. Sounds good to me! Check out the recipes to see the good for you, effortless ways to make these mouth watering dishes.

You can improve your cooking skills, eat yummy food, and learn a thing or two about nutrition and why real food is what’s best for you. There’s even a video recap of the first few days in case you’re starting late. Sign up here and be apart of the challenge!

Also, be sure to check out Erin’s 30 Day Yoga Challenge (again, free!) that I participated in recently. It’s a fun way to get your practice in everyday, and it’s easy enough for the beginner. She approaches this challenge in such a relaxed way, using basic words for all the poses. Check it out to learn more about yoga and your health!
