Down Dog with Tara Stiles

I found Tara Stiles last year while searching for yoga videos to do at home, and immediately fell in love with her style of yoga, teaching and relaxed attitude during the practice. Tara is the founder of Strala yoga, which is “moving with ease during restful and challenging circumstances alike. When you find ease in effort, your body and life become very capable and strong. You become an expert at creating space in your life for peace, creativity, inspiration, and all-around feeling great.”

Like the practice itself, Tara has such a fun, calming personality that really makes you want to do yoga with her! She offers full sessions in my personal favorite  DVDs like nighttime and morning yoga, classes geared towards beginners, balancing, energizing and unwinding  sequences.. and even a full yoga encyclopedia for all of you yogis wanting to learn the proper form for every pose! Tara also gives shorter sessions on her  channel and podcasts. She has videos for anytime of day, certain body parts and even sessions based on how you’re feeling that day – hangover? She’s got you covered. She’s simple and straightforward in her approach, yet challenges your body with ease.

Check out this clip of Tara’s Strala STRONG yoga class:

“Learning to move with ease in your body and life is a different kind of challenge than the push and struggle of ordinary physical effort.  It’s also a much more rewarding one.  It gives far greater physical and life ability.  It also gives you you.  From here, you get to support other people in finding their own way, and creating their own inspiring lives.”

Not only is she a passionate yogi, but Tara Stiles offers lots of inspiration. Need help eating right? Need to center yourself or connect more with your truth? She offers guidance, wisdom and meditations that enable peace, balance and overall happiness in your life.

Be sure to check out her awesome Reebok yoga gear , Strala apparel and books too!
