Sipping Pretty: 3 Simple Spring Cocktails

Spring is notorious for warm weather, longer days and fresh produce! Here are three easy, refreshingly delicious cocktail recipes you can sip on while enjoying the signs of Spring!  The best part? You probably have most of the ingredients at home right now!

St-Germain is a liqueur made from elderflowers grown in the Alps.  Simply taking a whiff of this lovely floral liqueur instantly transports you to a lush garden overflowing with gorgeous Spring flowers.  Here is the perfect way to enjoy “Paris in a bottle.”
2 parts Brut Champagne, or Dry Sparkling Wine
1 1/2 parts St. Germain
2 parts club soda
fresh berries for garnish
Stir ingredients in a champange or ice filled Collins glass. Serve with fresh berries or a twist of lemon.

This surprising blend of flavors is a refreshing, unique twist on the classic margarita.  Prepare to wow your guests with this pretty drink by serving by the singles or in a pitcher!
3 or 4 medium sized strawberries
4 big basil leaves, torn and rubbed slightly through hands
splash simple syrup
2 oz Patron Silver tequila
1 oz lime juice
Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Give it a good shake. Pour into an unsalted rim. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

My boyfriend and I developed this cocktail out on the boat last summer and it has remained a favorite of ours ever since!
1 part Stoli Sticki, Honey Flavored Premium Vodka
3 parts Zico coconut water
sliced lemon
Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour Stoli Sticki.  Squeeze in a few chopped lemons. Fill the remainder of the glass with coconut water and garnish with a slice of lemon!
