Bring SoHo’s Chobani Bar Home

I am in love with making yogurt parfaits! Whether it’s for breakfast or dessert – I can eat yogurt parfaits any time of  day. On a recent trip to NYC, I came across a yogurt bar in SoHo called Chobani SoHo. I instantly became obsessed (and Instagram happy, or others would say “insta-annoying”). From the colors of the yogurt creations and the fresh ingredients to the remarkable taste, I became a fan.

I’m from Toronto, and unfortunately we don’t have Chobani-brand Greek yogurt. However I just had to recreate this amazing yogurt creation back home. And let me tell you it is so easy and so tasty, my family begs me to make it for them!

 

Toasted Coconut + Pineapple Parfait (Chobani SoHo Recreation)

Ingredients

Sliced pineapple

Toasted Coconut

Raw honey

Sliced Hazelnuts

3 Tbsp. of Chobani Greek yogurt plain or vanilla (or any Greek yogurt)

 

1.     Place 3 tablespoons of yogurt into your glass cup.

2.     Slice your pineapple, and place it in the center of your yogurt.

3.     Grab a handful of toasted coconut and sprinkle it on the outer edge of the yogurt.

4.     Sprinkle sliced hazelnuts over the ingredients.

5.     Top it off with a drizzle of honey
