After continuous seasons of twists-and-turns without any full developments, Pretty Little Liars finally delivered; Ezra is ‘A’ and Alison is alive.

Answers! However, these answers only lead to more questions. How are Ezra and Alison connected? Is Ezra pretending to be in love with Aria? Who is in Alison’s casket?
In most PLL scenarios, the audience plays another liar. We are equally thrown for a loop in ‘A’s’ game. Continuously led down the road of dead-ends, we were never invited into ‘A’s’ world. Our only sneak peaks were two black gloves weaving another riddle at the end of each episode. Now, we have a secret unknown to the liars: ‘A’s’ identity.
The Halloween episode solidified that Ezra is an illusion. After review, the ‘A’ discovery made sense. Compared to the rest of the liars, Aria was never in as much danger as the other liars. From Emily’s multiple near-death experiences to Hanna and Ashley’s money and jail woes to Spencer’s breakdown, ‘A’ never seemed to impact Aria’s life similarly. There was a slight imbalance and now we know why.
What we don’t know: whether or not Alison is to be trusted? From the 4B promo, her “resurrection” may be more confusing than her “death.” What do you think about the upcoming season; what are you hoping to be revealed in season four?
